“Every year , my sister, whose house is just down the street, stay at La Quinta just to have some good time to visit, shop , and spend quality time together . We love the standards you have set with cleanliness and affordable rates. And your front desk employees are extremely helpful and accommodating. We will continue to stay at La Quinta , hopefully, for many years to come. ”

“Super dirty rooms including the sheets, and full with cockroaches, horrible staff member and customer service. don't pay them in advance. When I first arrived the room the toilet were already clogged. They moved me to another room, Couldn't sleep well because the refrigerator made loud noises there. Both rooms had bad smell in them. Staff member Omar identified as the manager (he isn't), refused to transfer me to another room and said that the only solution for me is to disconnect the refrigerator or just leave and get a refund. His voice was shaky and it seems that he's in some kind of a fight or flight mode although I was stating my criticism in a very calm and polite way. I stayed because I had a business meeting scheduled for that hour. Next morning I woke up to see cockroaches in the room. Omar didn't want to address it. He offered me to leave and get a refund again. I didn't get the refund until now (more than a month after) because the front desk don't answer the calls from AGODA. The cheapest motels in my trip to India were much cleaner than that. If you have any standards don't go there, If you don't - just sleep in your car..”

“The mattress and bedding linens are super comfortable. The room is very clean but in smaller size. Pool, spa and bbq areas are very nice. Good breakfast in quaint dining room. The only con is noisy air condition.”
