“We came into town, hoping to go to Dollywood, but weren’t sure what the fall weather would be like once we arrived, so we were very interested in the on-site activities of the resort, as well. We ended up with great weather for Dollywood and were pleasantly surprised to find the outside pool was still open at the resort. The fall decorations were beautiful and the little touches like s’mores and scheduled activities were really fun. The only minor negative I would share is that there is no food on site and even the handful of vending machines all seemed to be out of order, so definitely plan to stock your kitchenette or dine out for all of your meals. The resort is conveniently located to lots of good, family-friendly dining options, as well as Walmart in case you need to grab anything for back in your room. Mom pro tip…leave your husband and kids at the pool and do the wine tasting next door at the Hillside Winery!”

“Excellent stay. Staff was super nice and friendly. Hotel room was clean and felt safe and secure. Don't eat waffles at home so it is always a treat to stay at a hotel that offers hot waffles. They even had sugar free syrup. Will stay at again. ”

“We stayed on two separate nights and it’s a really nice hotel! Seems to have really good insulation so we never heard any neighboring noises. Good curtains and front door that prevent light seapage. Only complaint would be the tv - not quality picture and lost connection every ten minutes or so…frustrating while watching a football game!”

“The smell of the apples mist are so refreshing and amazing. Apple cider is so fresh and on point. The beds were perfect and showers had great water pressure. The fire pit is big but the flames could be bigger so you able to feel the heat with it being so cold that night. We will be back to stay for sure. ”

“Exceptional accommodations at this hotel. Location was a couple of blocks off the parkway so the noise was less. But still close to everything. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was great, even the housekeeping staff were very friendly and approachable. Tiffany was very helpful getting my family a room when they had to move from another hotel. Perfect stay! I plan to return in the future! ”
