“We enjoyed our stay! Felt similar to a bed and breakfast right in the great beach town of South Haven. Rooms clean and adequate. A bit pricey but included breakfast and late afternoon happy hour. Overall would stay again! ”

“Choose rooms away from elevators and stairs. My room was in the 2nd floor. You can hear bangings & thumping of feet in the hall at night. I was sleepless for some nights. You can also hear water dripping above the headboard. It sounded like water leaking from the 3rd floor between the walls and my bed's headboard. You can hear it at night. ”

“Can you just say the first two initials of the lovely front desk ladies, Angie and Haley, with me real quick? Because all I have to say AHHHH when it comes to the kindness and comfort of these two! Overall, I would give them another employee if I were in management and I aim to say something. They work harder than three or four employees and run a breakfast bar and the front desk and fold and so much more. I would either have to pay them alot more or find an employee for their peace of mind. ”

“The facilities are clean and the people who work there are very nice. But even if we got in the summer the room is too small and you can only chill in the bed, that for us was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is really soft. ”

“The location is great! Its right on the outskirts of every thing, downtown attractions and north and south beach. My family and myself stayed in one of the suits which are located in the back of the facility in an apartment like setting. The room definitely could use some upgrades but it was clean some of the furniture was a little sketchy. Random stains on the chair and one of the sheets..The pool area could use a little TLC but I have seen a lot worse, it was clean and a very nice size. It’s definitely budget friendly… ”
