“This was my second stay. I was here 05/29-06/02/24 had a very nice experience, great room, friendly staff. Enjoyed so much returned 06/26 for a 5 day stay. It was as if a was at a totally different place. Initially got an awful room with a dbl bed which had boxes, debris, odd odor. Got changed into another room, better beds but floors were filthy, toilet leaked, bathtub had black mold. Other than our check in lady, staff not friendly. My husband was reprimanded for bringing me ONE yogurt to the room as I got ready. Was told it could only be eaten in the dining room. They offer coffee but we did not get any because we didn't have time to just sit there. Check out is at 11am. At 11:02 they were knocking on the door reminding us to leave, then again at 11:03. Not sure why such a difference as we were out everyday by 8am and didn't return til 7-8pm. Made no noise, slept & showered only. No longer a place to consider when I come back to Southern Pines.”
