“Great place to stay”

“The staff were amazing and the bathrooms and bedroom areas were very nice and clean and well-arranged. The outside parking lot gate is locked at night, so guests feel safe knowing that there is keycard access. The only downside would be the paper-thin walls that can cause others to bang on the walls if you talk to loud, or you are welcome to bang on the walls if others talk too loud, too!”

“The desk clerk expertly salvaged my reservation at the Spokane Airport location after Agoda’s system botched it horribly when their website kept changing the reservation date. Nice work, Wingate. I’ll try hard to avoid booking through Agoda again. ”

“The main pool was freezing, the slide wasn't operational. Aside from those two things it was a great stay for a midnight flight”

“It was our second time staying. The room we received was not clean. Talked to front desk and when we returned that evening the room was untouched. Talk to front desk again a bit frustrated, room was cleaned within the hour. Willing to stay again to see if that was a fluke. ”

“This was one of the most bizarre hotel visits ever, but on the balance side, the staff were way above average. I don't have room here for the uncanny experiences, but trust me: the staff make it all perfect!!! Room is 5 star clean. I needed a restraunt in the hotel and it is a C+. I love the river walk, take time to see the falls. The "view room" was not, but it didn't matter. Wonderful bed and pillows, appreciate an outdoor pool. Chair, desk in room, good AC and not noisy. My experience was great!!”
