“I would stay at this hotel again, it was clean and quiet and very well priced. The beds were firm, which is good for my back but I don’t know that it would be good for everyone. Great staff and is attached to Crowne Point which is convenient. ”

“Everything is normal. Nothing was particularly bad. The breakfast was just normal. The pool was normal. The service was just right for the price.”

“It's a nice clean property. Once quite an architectural showpiece. The agoda page features a Breakfast Included line. There was no breakfast. We spent time over two days trying to get them to honor a refund. When we checked out the refund was not applied and they told us it was too late, we should have asked for the refund before we checked out. Which we had been doing for 2 days. There are not a lot of options in downtown Springfield for breakfast so this was doubly annoying.”

“Overall I would recommend this hotel, it was clean and met my business travel needs. Due to elevator maintenance however, wait times for elevators were extremely long (sometimes over 10 minutes)”

“The cost was low but you do get what you pay for. Having looked at the reviews compared to other local hotels this had the highest. However, the room had a damp musty smell to it and the fridge was scraped and banged up. The first night I was there even though my vehicle was parked right in front of the lobby door, someone had opened my gas tank and done who knows what to it…. I didn’t seem to be missing any fuel and the was no issue while driving. The experience left me very uneasy about leaving my vehicle there. None of that is the hotels fault of course, but when I asked if they had cameras to see who or what they did to my vehicle the attendant said their were only cameras in the side of the building and not in the front. All in all Besides the vehicle incident I would not be against staying here again, however, for the price I may try another comparable just to see if there is a difference in quality.”
