“If you’re staying because the price is good, well you’ll be fooled. Breakfast was not good. 1kind of cereal, no bread, just bagels. Nothing hot. Not only that pool was not working. ”

“It's a nice clean property. Once quite an architectural showpiece. The agoda page features a Breakfast Included line. There was no breakfast. We spent time over two days trying to get them to honor a refund. When we checked out the refund was not applied and they told us it was too late, we should have asked for the refund before we checked out. Which we had been doing for 2 days. There are not a lot of options in downtown Springfield for breakfast so this was doubly annoying.”

“Overall I would recommend this hotel, it was clean and met my business travel needs. Due to elevator maintenance however, wait times for elevators were extremely long (sometimes over 10 minutes)”

“Barely tolerable. Walls in bathroom were falling apart, and wallpaper was reglued to cover but looked nasty. Towels were frayed and looked like rags. Other family had left because their room smelled moldy. Definitely would not recommend ”

“They let me stay tonight and many night before this never had to pay deposit then yesterday morning I had to pay 100 deposit all the sudden and then called me last to tell I was smoking in the room I don’t even smoke so couldn’t be me but is was there way telling me I couldn’t come back to there hotel that’s fine with me there rude they don’t communicate with there stuff because one said one thing and then another one said something different it made me crazy but enjoy if u stay! ”
