“Me and my wife celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary at this facility. Upon arrival, our anniversary accommodations weren't prepared, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Through inspection of the room, a previous guest's gym shorts were left in a drawer. The bed linen had a mysterious stain on it. Both incidents were resolved. Breakfast featured options which are common staples, but the price is a bit much ($50 for us both/day). The staff I'd friendly and welcoming. The location perfectly fit with our agenda! Overall, it was a good stay, despite those issues.”

“The staff is hard working and did a fantastic job of providing made to order breakfast. However, the happy hour menu is very basic and unlike other ES I have stayed at. Lines are long for breakfast...overall not very satisfied ”

“Bad customer service. I was told to call engineer when the vending machine wasn’t working!!! How customers are the one to deal with that? Unfriendly and unprofessional! I was very disappointed. What kind of hotel doesn’t have WiFi? and everyone seems to not care!”
