“Old but worth it for an overnight stay or two. Close to the resort and lots of restaurants and shops near by. Overall gets the job done if you’re not too picky. ”

“A must visit for all you Sound of Music fans. Love the story & history of this place, as it continues to flouish. The room was spacious & clean, along with a comfortable bed. We got to enjoy the resturarant, brewery, bakery, gift shops & the history presentation. Which my wife & myself enjoyed very much. We wish the weather was better, to experience the outside attractions, but gives us another reason to come back!!! ”

“Amazing time in Stowe with my kids. They were very happy with the facilities, e.g., Stowe Bowl, pool, and hot tub. I appreciated having a restaurant onsite. Evan and Anthony were great at the bar. ”

“With the entire town Packed for the leaf peepers and traffic at a stand still it would have been wonderful to want to eat at the hotel, but the service was so bad you almost had to venture into town. No one was eating at the hotel so it didn’t have a cool vibe and it seemed lonely. We lit our own fire outside and played ping pong and that was fun. They needed to focus on the bar scene being more fun and the dining options should have TopNotch staff, but sadly no. Breakfast food was great, but terrible service. Room service kids pizza was a microwave thing at best. $1100 a night for this?? ”

“Very comfortable stay. AC worked great. Lots of extra little touches. Bikes are available on the premises. Coffee and freshly baked cookies are a nice touch!!”
