“I really enjoyed most aspects of our stay! The front desk staff and breakfast staff were all so incredibly friendly! Our room was clean, and comfortable. My only issues with this hotel were the shower heads, which had really weird settings, the fact that there isn't AC in the workout room (my daughter was in Syracuse for a dance competition and wanted a space to practice the night before). We wanted to get a workout in after 4 hours in the car but this room was way too hot, we left after 30 minutes. Also the walls of the rooms are paper thin, we had a neighbor whose TV we could hear at 5am, as well as one whose door we could hear opening and shutting every few minutes until almost midnight. Not the hotel's fault, but just a heads up that if you're a light sleeper this hotel may not be for you if you end up with night owls or early birds for neighbors. Aside from that, I really did enjoy this hotel overall. A little pricey for what you get, but most things in New York are. Beds were comfy, staff was pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was impressive and really good as well. We were happy overall!”

“Can walk or take the shuttle that runs every hour to the state fair. Free breakfast was a pleasant surprize. Will plan on staying here next year.”
