“Enjoyed my stay”

“The hotel is newly remodeled. It is bright & modern. The room was very spacious & very clean. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The location is a bit sketchy with lots of street people but the hotel has lots of security in place. We felt very safe. Great location in Tacoma to get to Seattle or to head west. Would recommend.”

“I enjoy staying at Hampton Suites and most Hilton properties but this one was, although very nice to stay in and the breakfast was outstanding, it’s not in the best area of town (however is security seems adequate.) I was troubled by the fact that one staff member agreed to honor the rate that I had when I stayed on Friday night to extend the stay to Saturday night however the next day the new staff member decided she didn’t have the authority to do that and I would have to pay an additional $20 for the night. I didn’t find that acceptable so I changed hotels and found one that was $50 less expensive and Adequate for my purposes. Not the best situation for me and I thought the staff could be more responsive and honor their commitment, but I was not so fortunate.”
