“Over all the service is great. Shuttle has no show for an hour and hotel manager promptly paid me back for Lyft trip.”

“We were on a family trip to Tampa and booked the junior suite. The size of the room was great. They made the sofa bed for us and brought an extra bed since the kids didn't want to share the bed. Tha mattresses are more than awful, even for small children. For the second night they put a mattress on top of the other to make it better (but my kids are still complaining on backache). The room was clean, our king bed was too soft for me and the pillows old. The staff is great, the breakfast is great, the pool gives you a resort vibe. The location, is pretty much the airport. Parking is $18 per night. Overall, the sleep part wasn't great, if they would update the mattresses and pillows it would be a 10. Everyone was nice. Oh! And because of the hurricane that happened a few months ago, only 1 elevator was working, so it was bit busy and had a guy inside pushing the buttons for you.”

“I was earlier for check out and I was going to stay three days. The feont desk gentleman from India asked me $20.00 for early check out. I am a regular custore. I was there three days as well the week before. ”

“The staff was great, especially the guy in the evenings. He has energy that I wish I had and the lady that came after his shift was outstanding. She was very helpful understanding she made everything a lot easier on my husband and I we originally came over there to get a vehicle from a dealership and at the time of the dealership car car caught on fire so we had no vehicle. We had nothing to take care of anything but it all worked out thanks to Bill Curry Ford and quality in my husband and I are on the road in our new vehicle and we’re all safely and happy ”

“It’s a cute place very clean. However, the pillows are horrid! They are so bad. I did sleep much at all. The beds are comfy. The pillows are awful. Also, when you look at the pictures, you think they have a nice little Koi pond. They have a tiny little Koi pond, which is cute but you can hardly see it and they were like two or three fish and there only and you have no way to feed them unfortunately. There is no free breakfast. I saw somewhere that they had free breakfast, but there is no free breakfast. There’s no free anything for the money. I would stay somewhere with free breakfast. Somewhere with free breakfast for the same price. There is a Chick-fil-A next-door, which is nice.. I would say for the same money find a place that has free breakfast at least. I don’t know if I would stay there again.”
