“The room we were in had food all over the backplash of the kitchen, down the refridgerator and freezer and spread across the cabinets. The floors were filthy. There was either poop or boogers on the floor along with tons of hair. We cleaned the floor and the disinfectant wipes turned completely black. The wall looks like it was hit a few times in spots in the room. The sink doesn't drain well. The remote for the tv was broken on the back where the screw attaches. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, oatmeal, coffee and hot chocolate, nothing else. Some good things was the insulation between rooms. We didn't hear anything from other rooms.”
