“I booked a room at Wingate for a one night stay. Check-in is at 4 pm (which is later than other hotels I’ve visited), but check out is at noon (which is also later than most other hotels). Parking was ample and Check-in was a breeze. Gave the front desk attendant my name and she already had my room key ready. Very satisfied by their efficiency. Check out was also easy; handed my key to the front desk attendant. Housekeeping knocked around 930 am asking if I needed anything. I appreciated that. My room seemed clean and stocked with toiletries, but I would have appreciated a vanity kit with cotton rounds and q-tips. I loved that they provide Dove brand toiletries <3. There was also hair on the shower wall from the previous guest; not head hair but short stubble hair from a shaving razor. I didn’t really like that. I am also a light sleeper and did notice the a/c unit was louder than I would have liked it to be. Other than that, I would recommend staying at Wingate Tuscaloosa. I’m strongly considering booking here again for my road trip heading back home.”

“Terrible. The room smelled like someone had cooked seafood inside. The bathroom was filthy. The beds were stained. I would never stay here again. Ramada by Wyndham should pull any relationship with this location immediately. ”
