The ornate ceiling of a former bank mansion is paired with the sleek lobby design featuring tenuous metal elements; the room interior showcases a similarly thoughtful combination of rich (but elegant) colors and delicate decorations, while the vault-shaped fridge and the generous mini bar take you back to the jazz age. The vault/safe motif appears throughout the guest's experience, ranging from a historic vault gate in the basement, to the design of guestroom doors, etc. Umbrella, tote bag, and rental bikes are offered — great for urban wanderers. A posh restaurant is present on the first floor, where my favorites are historically-shaped light fixture, petit plateau from the raw bar, and risotto. Apart from these, spacious and clean room, plus courteous service. An ideal accommodation choice if you’re looking for a memorable trip.”
