“Facility backs on to Yakima River - provided a nice view when in room. Breakfast was well run. Staff attentive, friendly and not overbearing. Hotel isn’t spiffy brand new clean but isn’t dirty either.”

“The room was ok. The staff were friendly. The room did not have a remote for the TV and didn't have a replacement. They were pretty full but it was relatively quiet. Good for the cost.”

“Staff is not very friendly. The only one that was helper us when we were demanded after being here for a day they demanded a deposit for the room and also for a safe that had asked to be removed from the room. I will never stay here in Yakima again.”

“Usually stay here, the people are friendly and the location is conveniently walkable to local eateries. Rooms are pretty clean and might have some small fixes here and there. ”

“Is rather humorous, when we checked into the room the television was past tense. The staff member went way out of his way to make sure that we got one that worked, although getting everything signed up is a full-time job in itself if you've ever streamed anything you already get the joke. The people here have been nothing but helpful and pleasant. It is obviously not the Hilton, but all considered I have nothing but good things to say...”
