“Toilet and basin were not clean in Room 35. There was a spider and very dirty basin. Cleaners need to be supervised. Breakfast has very limited choice. No paistries only waffles🥹Beds are NOT COMFORTABLE. Arriving afrer 10pm is a nightmare because the Reception closes at 10pm. Security was not helpful after 10pm he kept keys for another room🙆🏽♂️ I loved their formal lounge 👌 They have beautiful gardens and lawns. ”
