“Check-in through to checkout is comfortable, clean, contemporary and courteous. Breakfast has the usual fare. You would not leave hungry. WiFi and screencast on the flat screens. Although Netflix did not work in one room as the app would not update. Neighborhood is not the best. Gritty yet most of Tirana is gritty. ”
