Location: Hotel Naru MGallery is centrally located in Seoul, offering excellent accessibility to various attractions and shopping areas. It’s conveniently close to 'The Hyundai Seoul,' just a 15-minute bus ride away, making it easy to enjoy shopping and entertainment. Additionally, it's near Mapo Station, providing convenient subway access. The hotel is situated on flat ground, making it easy to move heavy luggage, such as suitcases. There is also a nearby Ttareungyi bike station, which is a great option for renting bikes and exploring Hangang Park. The proximity to a Seven Eleven is a bonus for buying beer, and 'The Hyundai Seoul' sells the famous Maseok Chicken Gangjeong, which we enjoyed with our beer. Room: The hotel’s new building features modern and stylish room designs with an arched concept that is visually appealing and perfect for a romantic stay. The room’s flooring is wood rather than carpet, enhancing the cleanliness and overall feel. The Han River view rooms are worth the extra cost, offering a stunning view that makes the stay truly special. For sushi lovers, the variety was exceptional, including Aburi sushi, shrimp sushi, salmon sushi, and flounder sushi, among others. The Aburi sushi was rich and tender, the shrimp sushi was fresh and plump, the salmon sushi was buttery and smooth, and the flounder sushi was clean and delicate. A wide selection of both Western and Korean dishes was available, ensuring a balanced meal. You can also order egg dishes separately at no additional cost, with the Eggs Benedict being especially delicious. Coffee was promptly served upon request, and although the room’s air conditioning made it a bit chilly, the staff provided blankets, allowing us to enjoy breakfast comfortably. Room Service: The hotel’s room service menu is very reasonably priced compared to other 5-star hotels, making it a great option. The quality of meat dishes is notable, and I would recommend trying room service. Quietness and Safety: The rooms are quiet, minimizing external noise and providing a peaceful environment. The hotel also maintains high security, ensuring a safe stay. Ambiance: Given the room rates, the hotel was not crowded even on a Sunday, allowing for a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere. The cleanliness, lack of mold or water stains, and the delightful bathtub and bath salts made for a relaxing experience. The friendliness of the staff, especially Pamela, and the affordable dining options are also notable positives. The serene environment, facilitated by the high room rates, added to our enjoyable stay. With the nearby bike rental and convenient amenities, Hotel Naru MGallery stands out among the Accor hotels, such as Sofitel or Fairmont. The location, service, facilities, breakfast, and especially the Han River view and infinity pool offer a high level of satisfaction. Watching the Han River at sunset was a memorable experience, and I imagine the sunrise would also be spectacular. The room provides a panoramic view of the Han River, allowing for both daytime and nighttime enjoyment of the river’s beauty.
