팔라우 플랜테이션 리조트

Beautiful rooms with a stunning calming view of the plantation / jungle. Local touch of artworks and architecture. All made of wood yet you get a lux feel with air conditioning and spaciousness. It’s grounding and calming. It is about a 10-15 walk for the main road and restaurants and a taxi ride away for diving — but they pick you and drop you off anyways. Frankly their menu is disappointing and the facilities are kind of stagnant and obviously not in use. However, if you’re just going to enjoy the room, it’s not a problem. Lastly, the staff is superb and kind. And, you’re in a very local village so it doesn’t feel commercial, you are around locals when you walk out, which feels nice. And, you’re near the national museum! Hope this boutique hotel will do better in the coming years. It has a charm and deserves more guests.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, and were very kind. The cabin is BEAUTIFUL and so are the gardens. There are so many flowers! The bathroom is massive and very comfortable to use. The breakfast cafe was also very pretty and the food was nice. My only critique is the swimming pool, there were some drowning insects so we didn't go in. I got a fever on my last day and the staff kindly let me check out late and even offered medicine and to help me get food as I was incapacitated. Thanks to their help I was able to get better and board my flight. Would definitely revisit if I go to Palau again.

We stayed at Suite Villa. The room contains bathroom with bathtub, multi-functional toilet, washing machine, kitchen with counter, dining space, relaxing space, and balcony. The room was nicely decorated with natural materials and indigenous arts. My son loved bathtub. The pool and Jacuzzi were also really nice. We would like to stay there again.

It was amazing vacation away from home. Opportunities to meditate and enjoy nature

I stayed here eight days and absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and so hospitable, the balcony view looking onto the tropical lush greenery is perfect. They seem to be repairing some things on site so the entire resort is not fully open. The Jungle Bar was open in the evenings and breakfast open when reservations were made. (I would recommend eating here at least once as the view is so peaceful - although a bit pricer then other options in town) There is a small store next to the hotel where you can purchase bottled water, some small snacks, a beer for the mini fridge etc. Pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day of exploring. I do agree with other comments around the distance to town. The dogs are not an issue during the day and will ignore you, but are a tad territorial at night so I would recommend organizing a taxi from the town if you go out for dinner. (Most restaurants offer a free shuttle service if you make a reservation) Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and stay here again :)
