The email address given was not responsive. There was no guidance n how to check in. When we arrived, we went to the given address and no one was there. Through the help of a good samaritan, we were informed that we needed to go to another bldg to check in. When we went there and talked to the receptionist, I told her that I emailed her thrice to ask for guidance but she said that she did not receive any. I showed my emails, then she became defensive. We checked in at 12 midnight, surprisingly, the receptionist replied to my email at 2am. For the record, she would appear responsive, but the sequence of event and the kind of response would prove otherwise. For our Europe trip, I booked 3 places to stay, the first two were responsive and provided guidance on the check in process but this third one is not. The location is excellent but room needs improvement. The cleaners are friendly.
