Awara Onsen Matuya Sen Sen

I cannot recommend this place enough. Never had such amazing exceptional impeccable service like this. The staff treat you like royalty. Front desk (especially the handsome man in a suit) was extremely helpful, so friendly and so sweet, always helping us whenever he can. He speaks and understands english really well, and has been truly amazing throughout our stay. All the staff gave amazing beyond measure service, we left feeling so utterly happy and satisfied. We will definitely come back again, and it will always be here. The baths were astonishing beautiful, and there were plenty of onsen bath types to choose from. Our tatami room was so beautiful and so cozy, it is crazy insane what an amazing experience it has been. Felt really sad to leave.
