Front desk staff was amaZing- manager was helpful. The Agoda person on the telephone was not able to hear me. Do not know if I actually am getting a refund. Did not have the heart to tell front desk staff that I didn’t feel like it was clean enough to stay there. But she was trying to help me get one day refund back at least
