Housekeeping, security and F&B staff are excellent. Breakfast & high tea are available daily with the room charge. The resort is always full inspite of the political situation in Myanmar. Safe and secure. Reception staff and counter need to be improved. Female receptionists cannot speak English & they charge for used laundry bags at K 2000/- if taken out for personal use upon check-out. That was surprising part upon check-out.
