Avonmore West Kensington Private Rooms

Really well appointed and comfortable room but my stay was let down by two significant factors. 1. Wi-Fi was impossible to access, with not information in the room (the information folder contained no details of anything). Beyond my initial access to the building when I was given access codes, there was no way to contact anyone - calls to the hotel phone number went unanswered. 2. Heating in the room was not adjustable - either one or off (not great on cold winter days). 'On' left the room like a sauna, 'off' it was like and ice box.
