very very bad experience in GERMANY KÖLN BECAUSE THIS WORST HOTEL/APARTMENT,it even can’t call HOTEL OR APARTMENT, because it doesn’t have the private bathroom or public bathroom,only public toilet~really unbelievable and ridiculous.we don’t recommend!we don’t recommend!we don’t recommend! Even with bathroom it only have 0.5m2 stand without cover,when you take a bath the water mist will fill full your room,why I know that because they ask us first day to add 40euro with such stand which they call “big room ”,can you imagine that???and they promise second day we could change to the room with shower not need add fee,but second day not free room,and said could add 200euro to change another hotel third day,and will reply to me one hour but after back from the work there is not reply and still need to stay in the room without shower,the fourth day not apologize and not respond,the fifth day still not reply so we don’t stay sixth days,and the hotel doesn’t agree to refund the fee and not apologize~,can you believe it is in the fourth big city in GERMANY which is the developed country~~too too bad EXPERIENCE.the pictures are bullshit,totally cheater!!!!donot book this place you will regret and disappointment!!!!!!
