The facility was decent for the price but the staff made everything difficult and they were uncoordinated. The pricing in my listing was incorrect and I had to go back and forth about getting a cleaning fee refunded. On the day of the visit, at the time of check-in, I get an e-mail from the owner saying that the room was not ready due to uncoordination and staff being unprepared. If you needed the room right away, you are losing time and it makes no sense to have to pay a cleaning fee if the room is not ready by the customer is supposed to check-in. Staff also does not knock before coming in and simply used their own key to unlock the door without knocking or letting me know. Vince, his staff, and the listing with Agoda need to figure out their shortcomings and understand that other customers also have similar issues. Very unprofessional.
