numa I Blau Apartments

First of all, this is a self check-in apartment. However, I did not receive any information of it at1400 of that day. You have to ask the customer service by yourself ! Secondly, I arrived at 1505 while the checkin time is1500 but the room was still in a mess. I saw a cleaner in other room so I asked him to makeup my room. He just said the due to late check out by last customer, you would have to check in after 1500 and message was sent to me which I did not receive it until now. Haha. So I tried to find the CS for the solution. The CS told me ask me to wait cuz there are no spare room for me now. I was just standing outside the room during cleaning. But the cleaner told me that not to put pressure to the cs and the cs was putting pressure on him. And the CS told me that not to interfere the work of cleaner which I did not! I was speechless and told both the cleaner and the CS that I am complaining about the management of the company not toward the cleaner. After 40min wasted, The CS told me that there is another room for me now meanwhile cleaning of the original room was nearly done. At 1600, I can get into my room finally. But this is not the end of my experience. At 1900, I was having my dinner and someone was try to open the door of my room. The poor safety condition around main station is expected. But someone i dont know trying to get into my room is not included in my expectations. It is too scary and i decided to leave after staying one night in the apartment ( 3nights were booked). But I think safety is my first concern now. Stay away from this apartment and this company.
