B&B Hotel Basel

Good location if you are traveling on public transport. We came from Colmar by train and the hotel is only a short taxi ride from the station. It is not an area for cafes, restaurants etc. as there is nothing around. There is a tram just up from the hotel and you can take this into the heart if the city. We didn’t as it was only an overnight stay and we were too tired. We contented ourselves with a snack from a machine in the lobby. The room was small but for one or two nights not a problem. Bed was comfortable, water hot and WiFi good. The young lady on reception was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend for short stays.
