Close to the main square, the hotel is very centrally located. There are restaurants, bars and shops close by. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel can arrange airport transfers and also drivers/tours as required. The breakfast offers a wide range of choices and the rooftop bar on 23rd floor offers a great view of the cityscape with the mountains surrounding the city. Highly recommended.

It's difficult to beat the location of this hotel, just a minute or two walk from Skanderbeg Square. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious.  Our room offered superb view over the city, though the views were obscured slightly by the slabs of concrete that hang around the outside of the building. The staff were polite without being overly friendly. The hotel lobby is fine, but perhaps not as opulent as one would expect for a 5* hotel. It is slightly on the pricey side, particularly as it doesn't feel like a 5* hotel when comparing with those in other countries. It feels like a strong 4*. 

Good hotel, but a little pricey

Location is almost unbeatable, just off the middle of Scanderbeg Square.  It's an international class hotel with space in the rooms and comfortable bedding and a very good bathroom setup.

Brilliant location, decent showing everywhere

This hotel should be considered 4 stars or 4.5 stars. First issue we had was A/C not working - while they tried to fix it twice we had to set up the A/C to manual and run it at the highest speed to get a little of air being blown - which was not enough to cool our room - getting direct sunshine from the outside. 

The amenities are also not high quality. The my should upgrade them including their bath robes that are harsh and not soft enough, their shampoos that are very basic m,
Etc.

The breakfast does not have any espresso so you have to be OK for a kind of brewed coffee Enoch was tasteless. The fresh pressed orange juice was good tough. 

Overall did not like the service as our expectation was higher for a 5 star hotel
