I’ve booked this place for my birthday after reading so many good reviews but I had a terrible experience there. The rooms are very untidy. Tea stains on every wall, cobwebs in every corner. When we asked that rooms are untidy they offered us another room in the standard category but they were also not worth it. They showed us premium category which were fine. We asked to upgrade our room or call your owner, then one of their staff member Mr. Manoj Pandey started yelling and give us ultimatum that do whatever you want to do, go and give us bad review., we don’t care. It was horrible. But anyway other staff members were cooperative and they were trying to make my birthday best. But still it was not very good experience. This property is 5 star but their services are not top-notch at all. I recommend think twice to spend your money on this property.
