The smaller new refurbished room 5 min from beach/parking in Guests house.

The room was great. VERY clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was lovely. Areas which could be improved: the mini fridge doesn't get cold and is noisy right next to the bed. There is a thick feather duvet which is way too hot for late summer (and vegans need to be warned about it prior to booking.) In the kitchen there is no way to make toast, scaldingly hot water and no sink plug or T towel (there is a dishwasher.) There is also a camera and a light which turns off if you stand still for more than a few seconds. The room carpet needs a clean and the carpet in the hallway/stairs needs to be replaced or deep cleaned urgently as the smell really lets down this otherwise very high standard of accommodaton. I would stay again.
