VIP Apartments

I’m totally disappointed as apartment is not clean and the water heater is not working. I booked apartment for 7 nights and no one came to clean apartment. I have asked them many time about water heater but no one care or support. What makes me really disappointed that I came to know that they have 3 buildings. 2 are new and 1 is old with bad furniture and they put me in old building without any cleaning facilities above of that my check out should be on September 30 before 11 am and I came to handover the apartment key at 9:44 am but no one was there to take key. Then I was waiting till 12 pm as they working from 12 pm on Saturday but no one came at all. I wait until 5 pm no one came. I have key apartment and I don’t understand as I have flight and where should I leave the key!!!!!!
