The pros: The staff are fantastic - kind, attentive, informative, and ready to assist. You can always refill drinking water for free. Sipanya is a 5 minute walk to Nisha Indian and the MAG Office - both are must-visits. The guesthouse is tucked away and quiet. The cons: Though many reviews mention how the beds have been improved to be softer, they are VERY hard (for reference, we like firm beds, but these beds feel the same as laying on a cushion on the floor). While the location is quiet, it is also a few turns down back alleys behind large abandoned buildings - at night it is not lit and we encountered men who were lurking about the abandoned roof-less buildings. The clean bath towels always smelled like body odor and cigarette smoke.
