We usually stay here when we are in Yangon because of the very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location for us tucked away in a beautiful and quiet part of the city close to Shwedagon and Myanmar Plaza. Breakfast is lovely and the restaurant offers yummy western and Myanmar choices at reasonable prices. Winner is a gem of a hotel.

Winner Wins Again

We have stayed here several times over the last few years and come back not only because of its great central location in Yangon, but especially for Winner’s always friendly and helpful family atmosphere.
It’s a gem of a hotel. 
The hotel itself has retained its unique Myanmar charm throughout all of the changes of the last few years. 
Newer and big box hotels have opened in Yangon, but imho none can match the personal feel of Winner.
They work  constantly at making sure that you don’t need anything. 
Breakfast is ample with Asian and Western options but always with a traditional Myanmar dish as the centerpiece, Mohinga, Shan Noodles etc. Rooms are a bit spartan as normal in Myanmar hotel style with very classic teak furniture and fittings, but also really clean, with nice bathrooms. 
The hotel restaurant W is also very good, and we dined there on several occasions for an easy night in.

Boutique Fabulous Again

I think this is the best hotel I have stayed in in Myanmar. It was super clean, the food was great, it was in a good location. I was totally happy with my stay here. 

AMAZING!

If you want a quiet place to come back to after a  busy day, with comfortable rooms, great staff and a bistro with delicious food onsite, then this is the place.  I really enjoyed my stay here.
