So far so good. From my opinion too much money for the value but it was acceptable for Myanmar standards. The breakfast was very nice and the staff kind and helpful. The room could be in better conditions and maintenance but as well, ok.. The most annoying thing was the elevator/ascensor. There's only one for the whole hotel so get ready to wait long periods of time to use it, all the staff is using it continuously through all day, up and down and down to up.. It's always busy with the stuff. The costumers will need to wait.

The AC works very well to keep the rooms cool. The staff are friendly, and the head person on reception was very helpful. I didn't especially enjoy the breakfasts, but all of the meals that I ordered off the menu were excellent. I especially enjoyed the fried noodles and fried rice. Opposite the hotel, there's a lovely lady selling bananas. I liked watching her peel the older fruit and cut it up for the many rooks waiting in the trees. However, there are plenty of other fruit sellers in the area. I had booked a superior double, and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff are very particular about their jobs. Can't fault them.

객실이 사진보다 많이 작아요 미얀마의 전반적인 문제이긴 하지만 샤워실 녹물심해요 위치는 여행목적에 따라 호불호가 갈릴 것 같아요. 저는 이동시 택시비를 따져보면 가격이 착한지는 않았어요. 와이파이도 빠르지는 않았어요. 조식은 그저 그래요

저렴한 가격의 숙소를 찾는다면 추천한다. 의외로 와이파이가 괜찮은 편이라 가산점을 주고 싶다. 와이파이가 잘 안되는 호텔이 꽤 많다는걸 감안하면 괜찮은 숙소이다

This hotel is saved by its friendly and helpful staff, but is hurt by its poor cleanliness. The young man that works the desk of a day (and the girls with him) are all smiles. They will help as much as they can, even through limited English, "Kuku"(older brother?) , who works the desk at night is a real asset to the hotel. He is easy to talk to, speaks great English and is a helpful gentleman. And the maybe head of maintainence (?) guy with a tattoo on his right arm is quick to fix any issues I had. But about the cleanliness. The floors of the room are simply too dirty to walk on without socks or sandals. Which is a bit concerning in a hotel room. The bathroom was okay, but many mould stains, and a bathroom sink that leaked straight onto the floor. The rooms walls were covered in mystery stains, the edging from floor to wall would fall off. The bedding was good, a relief. The TV had 6 channels of poor quality digital restreaming or something. Still, Mr bean was on regularly. The hotel breakfast was great, tasty and gave me no issues. Staff in the restaurant are again all smiles and courtesy. They are eager to help, and very friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Location is great, and easy to get into town or any direction really, quite central. Just down the street is a funky and interesting little market. Definitely worth a stroll of a morning, when the heat is bareable. Noise wasn't an issue from traffic or other rooms, though the door let's a lot of sound in from the hallway. Oh and my peep hole was missing, and replaced with a paper towel. Burma style! Would recommend for a cheap stay, if you are not squeemish about cleanliness and can manage. Overall it's not that bad to be honest. Miss you KuKu
