레드 호텔 큐바오, 퀘존 시티

Check in took me an hour as they let their interns do this and stated there are no available rooms… when in fact I booked in Agoda, which a room is supposedly available at 2pm. After an hour, the key card that they gave me was not working, so additionally, took my 15mins away again. You see, i am very frustrated because I have some errands at that time, and I have no choice but to cancel my errands because of the delay. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good as well. However, upon checking out, the interns are attending to me again and they forgot to bill my breakfast and said that I’m good to go. (I reminded them) I’m not that mad or against with the interns but I’m really curious if the management let them do this without proper guidance/supervision.
