This room is really for budget traveler like us, who spend most of the time outside wandering around rather than enjoying the comfort of your accommodation. The place is around 500meters from the main highway so we walk most of the time. The right side of this narrow alley is a school complex but on the left side are tiny houses that most of it are rented also. The neighbors are friendly and we have no problem walking at night. The only thing that I was concern when we checked in is the brown water that first came out from the faucet of the toilet. i waited around 30minutes before the clear water came out. The water storage needs regular cleaning perhaps. The aircon is also a bit small for this large room meaning you have to wait around 30 minutes before you can really feel the coolness of the room. Probably by summer it will take a little more time. We were given towels, bedsheets & pillows. Ate Mai the caretaker with her cute son assisted us. You can request for an electrical extension cord to charge your gadget & electric pot for hot water. We also requested plates, cups & spoons. The wifi is strong enough for 3 persons I assume. Overall, for a budget traveler like me, this accommodation is highly reccommended.
