Les Lofts du Theatre

I stayed at Les Lofts du Theatre for 2nights. I booked a room with a paking pass. Above all, I am very disappointed with the problem about parking pass. I almost spent 2 hours finding parking pass in the apartment and waiting your answer on the phone. The parking lot (Tour Fresk Parking located at 380 rue de La Couronne), which you informed later, was difficult to find the entrance, and I found that it was blocked. Anyway, I have parked my car at Dorchester Parking (240 Rue Saint-Vallier Est.) and I paid the parking fee in advance. They told me it will be refunded. It is $26 and I attached the photo of the receipt. But, up to now no update from the hotel any more.
