파크 인 바이 래디슨 토론토 - 마크햄

First, I have booked a 2 queen beds room but ended up with a 2 full beds room (room # 370) which I think I'm due a refund. Second, the safe in the room was broken. I spoke with the front desk and they told me they'll send a technician next morning. Honestly, who would have time tostay in the hotel room to wait for the technician if you were on vacation. In another words, I don't have a safe to use for the whole stay. Lastly, I brought a few ice packs to the front desk and ask if they can put them in the freezer for me (since they are to big for the fridge inside the room), they replied they can't help me since they don't have a freezer. I was very upset when I heard that. I have used this hotel a lot times before when I go to Markham, Toronto. I never have a problem for freezing my ice packs except for this time. All other hotels are very willing to do that for me. I really don't know what's going on with Park Inn (Markham). I stayed at this hotel so many times and I think the services are good and that's why I chose to stay there again but this time I was very disappointed.
