I booked a room online for $52 at this trashy two star Motel it’s because we have a pool and Jacuzzi and for $52 being homeless that was ideal one wanted to sleep inside so with the tax and everything count like $67 and I only had like 73 bucks so I spent all my money to go stay there. My car barely made it there cause it’s not running good and when I get there He’s like I have a reservation for you. I accidentally put it for the next day which isn’t on mistake it happens he’s irritated and then he’s like and there’s a $200 deposit. I was like what since when like it doesn’t say that anywhere and I tried to check on the location and everything and everything said it was fine. There was never that mention maybe you should bring it up because I spent all my freaking money to stay here and now I can’t get a refund for up to 30 days And it’s only if the facility where I was gonna say which is the Wyndham in says that I can have my refund like they get to decide I didn’t get to stay there he didn’t did I don’t deserve for my money be kept and he wouldn’t take the $200 deposit from my brother or anybody else but myself then when I was in the parking lot talking to Agoda, he came out twice to tell me I had to leave. I’m like I’m trying to get my money back because I can’t stay remember I’m homeless and I spent all my money to sleep here and you’re not letting me because I don’t have $200 deposit and I put it on the wrong date on accident And so I was on the phone so he came out I’m like are you kidding me why are you coming out or you can’t stay here I said when I get off the phone I’ll drive you can’t drive and talk on the phone and he’s like you can’t be here. I said I will leave when I get off the phone. Thank you, so then the agent had to go to had to call the facility to ask them if they could release all the funds back to me, and that guy would not answer the phone for him if this property keeps my money after I didn’t get to say he was rude to me twice in the parking lot never said anything about $200 deposit when I talk to him till the last minute and he doesn’t give me my money back. There’s going to be a very big problem for that hotel and myself with maybe some lawyers included, and some bullshit because I have prepaid legal and I will be prepared to Treat them as crappy as they did me to get my money back that I deserve back if he doesn’t give him between his call and he makes that he’s gonna be sorry because they were shitty service. Obviously people trash the motel if they want a $200 deposit from decent people that would never and it’s not worth it. The pool looked gross and they haven’t cleaned it in two weeks . I don’t know about the rooms I didn’t get inside but the service was very disrespectful rude unpleasant not opening and promising and nice like you would think they would want to greet you with but get out of here. You can’t stay here when I’m trying to get my money back on the phone. Yeah thank you very much…..Not?! Not at the Wyndham by the Vancouver Mall it’s a joke
