1st of all the places kind of in the middle of nowhere it allows you location it's the 20 minute track right to anywhere you need to go to. On the 2nd day we had some laundry that needed to be done and we asked the front desk if they'd do laundry and they said certainly so we handed it over our dirty laundry. 2 days later when we hadn't heard anything back about our laundry I went down to inquire where it had gone. Finally the lady that did the laundry came out with a basket full of clothes that were damaged beyond use.
