Motel de la Pente Douce

great location in Magog though not in the center. Quiet (especially rooms not facing the road). Large room. Clean. Good shower. Small fridge. Very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the tranquillity and could refresh from a long trip. The owner had made sure I had a very quiet room and I really appreciated that. The motel shows obvious signs of aging but everything worked absolutely well during my stay. It is a simple 2 stars motel. The owner (female) is absolutely wonderful. Professional, very kind and so helpful. Her attitude was a great plus during my stay and I will probably be back since the region is really wonderful and has so much to offer. Bottom line: a very positive stay and impression despite the motel having obviously seen better days which other reviewers have mentioned.
