The room was nice and cozy, but overall would not recommend this stay. The only good thing about the stay was the room. It’s advertised as an “airport hotel” but it’s really an apartment that someone owns a few of in a locked gate. It seems to be in a sketchy area by the airport, and the airport is about a 15 minute drive. Taxis outside the airport cost $40 because of it being on a certain side of the highway. The first guy we asked literally said no because of the area. The hosts advertise airport transfers, however they are not on call and tell you to take a taxi when you call. On top of that it was really hard to get a response from them to organize a ride to the airport for the next morning, which he also charges $30. It took him about 4 hours to get back to me and I had to message the other host to get ahold of him. The neighborhood area also seems a bit sketchy. On the maps they show two restaurants near by; about a ten minute walk but it ended up being like a corner store and we did not feel comfortable at all. Walked in and walked out and had to order delivery. Overall would not recommend this stay, the only thing nice was the room. Oh and he says you get breakfast but we definitely didn’t get anything left for us!
