There were wet clothes in the wardrobe, while staff closed it during room making, causing a smell in the room. Reminded not to close, but still did so in the next day. The funny part is, there was NO room making after the first day! Not even the towels were changed. On our second day of stay, they took away the remote control for the air conditioner and never returned it till our stay ended. Tried to contact them through Agoda and whatsapp, no reply for both. Can't think of anything else that's good other than the position of the house.
