Hotel Parque Mexico Petit

This is a tough review because the staff were very nice, but I have to be honest. When we arrived, we found out that our reservation was not for the location we thought we had booked. We were told that our reservation was at their sister location 5 blocks away which looked nothing like the photos on this app. The room was located on the 3rd floor and we had to climb up the spiral stairs with our luggage. That’s ok, but thought some people might want to know just in case they have mobility issues. Initially we didn’t have any hot water, so we reported the issue but didn’t get the hot water on until the 2nd night when the clerk said she would “turn up the boiler”. The linens on the bed were another issue. The mattress pad was not fitted and a top sheet was used for a bottom sheet so we could see that the mattress was old and stained. The shower floor was also very slick. We expected to have sitting areas and a hotel bar as shown in the photos, but that was not the case.
