Website said free Wi-Fi, front desk, free water. Upon arrival only 3 towels in room, was told we have to pay for Wi-Fi. Room hot and had a strong sewer smell. After attending a wedding we came back and there was no water at all until 8am - not even for toilet. They didn’t provide clean towels after taking them to wash so we had only 2 floor mats. Upon departing they came into the room and threw our stuff in the hallway with such disregard for our personal effects. They said they texted but we provided an email address on the booking - which they neglected to try to send us email. We went to get something to eat came back and our stuff was thrown in the hallway and then they tried to apologize. I have never been so shocked at how terrible this place was. With kids in the pool no clothes and my 16 would absolutely not go in there we can only imagine what babies do in a pool. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Worst place I ever stayed
