I have mixed emotions concerning Brickell Bay. We needed a room for just one night and it’s high season in Aruba. Cost wise, it wasn’t horrible. The staff was super nice. The hotel just seemed really run down. Our shower leaked out onto the floor and we had no hot water. Staff said boiler was being fixed the next day. They did have some contractors on site doing tile work. We sat by their pool for a short time. It was ok. I guess if I were going to Aruba for a nice vacation, I would want to stay in a nicer place on the water. Once again, the staff was nice, hotel just wasn’t. Should we need one night somewhere again, I’d probably stay somewhere else.
