It was really very very terrible experience in agra with hotel maple. Choosing this hotel to stay with my family was nothing but a life time mistake which definitely I will not repeat it in my whole life. I paid very standard amount for my stay but I received a very very bad and less than a thrid class facilities. And a senior hotel staff whom wearing the ear rings in his both the ear and introduce himself the in charge of the hotel in the night shift, his behaviour was very very rude like a goon. First they provide me a very very dirty room which was damage as well as the wall paper was dirty and damage all around, the some lights ware adjust with the maskin tape, thebed sheet and duwet which was damaged and very very dirty with full of stains just like yukkkk. Undoubtfully it was used room. The floor and the glass wall was very very dirty with full of dust also the mat was dmaged more than 50% and the blunder negligence of the room was a electric panel code which was damage and there one of the socket was open with lose wire it was very dangerous for us as my little baby was trying to touch that open electric socket fortunately we observe and control our little one. Also the hand towel was damage and was not clean totally, there was nothing inside except a very small soap and a dental kit. Urinal hand shower was jam and water pressure was very high which cannot manage as it was jam. There was also parking issues whom I communicated with that senior staff to solve it but he just said we have this one 9nly and walk back to his reception area. For all the problems I communicated with him but there was no use of it as he was very careless and unfprofssional as well as illetrate. I come dowon to the the reception and ask him to come with me to see the condtion of the room it was smelling very bad also and more than that when I called him to ask how many water bottle/ litre you guys providing in the room as there was only two 500. ml. water bottle was inside of the room he reply on two O said its ok but it suppose to be 02. litre but he denied and said only one litre repeatedly when I approach him for two litre then he said purchase it if you need more with a very tight voice of tone after my objection that why are shouting on me he replied that you are continue insisting for two litre of water while I already told you that we provide only one litre of water bottle. It is much better to choose a lodge than the hotel Maple in agra.
