“Generally satisfied with property. The suite is spacious and well equipped with fridge, microwave, etc. It is well connected to the train station. Limited housekeeping is provided. I asked for the bins to be cleared and towels replaced 2 times for the first 3 days of my stay which was not fulfilled. A thorough housekeeping was however performed on the 4th day. The food vending machine (not the property of the Hotel) at the lobby does not work properly. ”

“Room was lovely in an excellent location within walking distance to Southbank. Only disappointment was rude male reception staff at check in. Don’t make paying customers wait while you eat and get yourself a drink and learn to treat everyone, regardless of their race, gender or sexual preference with the respect and kindness they deserve!”
